Who is responsible

I’m Németh Zoltán, known as Nemozoli. I operate this personal portfolio and am the controller of the personal information described here. For privacy questions or requests, email nemozoli@gmail.com.

When you get in touch

The contact form asks for your name, email address, area of interest, and message. If you start from a project page, its title and reference are included too. These details let me understand and answer your enquiry. Please leave out sensitive information that is not needed for your question.

Cloudflare delivers your message to my Gmail inbox. The website does not keep a separate database of enquiries or put message contents in application logs.

I use ordinary correspondence on the basis of my legitimate interest in responding to people who contact me (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). If you ask me to take steps towards an agreed project, Article 6(1)(b) applies to those necessary steps. Your message is not a newsletter subscription.

Providing these details is voluntary, but the form needs its required fields to send a message and let me reply. You can also email me directly.

Browsing and keeping the site secure

Cloudflare hosts and protects the website. Handling a visit involves technical information such as your IP address, the requested page, request time, and browser information. The contact form uses your IP address to limit repeated submissions. This supports my legitimate interest in providing a working site and preventing spam and abuse (Article 6(1)(f)).

The site has no advertising or audience-tracking scripts. It does not make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you. An automated spam limit can briefly prevent submission; you can email me if that happens. See the cookie notice for browser storage.

Who receives information

• Cloudflare, Inc. provides hosting, security and email routing. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
• Google provides the Gmail mailbox where I receive and answer enquiries. See Google’s privacy policy.

These providers operate internationally, including outside the European Economic Area. Their published transfer safeguards include applicable adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses: Cloudflare’s data-processing terms and Google’s transfer frameworks. You can contact me about the information shared through this site.

LinkedIn and ArduPilot are ordinary external links. Those sites receive information when you follow their links and have their own privacy practices.

How long information is kept

I delete completed enquiries from my mailbox within 3 months of our last exchange, unless the correspondence is still needed for ongoing work or a legal obligation. In those cases, I keep only the relevant information for as long as that reason applies.

The contact-form rate limit uses a one-minute counting window. That window does not describe all of Cloudflare’s security or operational retention. Provider records and backup copies are governed by the applicable provider policies linked above.

Your rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Data portability applies where its legal conditions are met. Email nemozoli@gmail.com; I normally respond within one month. Some information may need to be retained for a legal obligation.

You can complain to the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), or the supervisory authority where you live or work. You can also seek a judicial remedy.
